The founder and CEO of the Excellence Foundation, Mr. Aashlesh Nyati, is a mentor and next-generation entrepreneur with a wealth of expertise in civil engineering. He is fostering a self-learning mindset in professionals and civil engineers since he is passionate about transforming people and assisting them in achieving their goals.
Mr. Aashlesh obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Sandip University and his post-graduate degree in construction management from Pune University. He worked with a variety of clients, including Malpani Group, Shrinath Construction, Nyati Group, Somani Group, etc., throughout the course of his successful career.
He changed his outlook and started the Excellence Foundation to help civil engineers develop their careers. His transformational journey began in Nashik, and he is currently traveling around India to train inventive and creative civil engineers through internships.
